Bree Patterson, LCSW I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Oklahoma City. I help women find surer ground through the hard seasons of life, bringing genuine warmth to our work together and blending evidence-based approaches (DBT, CBT, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing) with practical tools you can actually use between sessions.
Every woman's path looks different, and I meet you where you are without judgment. Sessions are held fully online, so you can show up from wherever you feel most at ease.

I keep private pay clear and straightforward: you know exactly what you're paying, with no insurance forms to navigate and greater flexibility in how your care is shaped. Privacy is another benefit: no diagnosis is required for billing. I accept insurance in select cases; reach out to ask.

Yes. I'm licensed in Oklahoma, so I can only see clients who are physically located in the state at the time of each session. If you travel frequently, we can talk through what that means for scheduling.
I work with women across Oklahoma. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, betrayal trauma, mood disorders, and emotional regulation, though every woman's situation is unique and those conversations start with a free consultation.
